  • What are Applets?

    Applets are the mini apps that run within the Formelo app. They can be as simple as a “User Signup” form or as complex as a CRM-driven instant messaging tool. You can use them to replace slow and manual communication processes such as telephone and paper forms with a fast, dynamic, and rich mobile experience.

  • What is the difference between a Public and a Private Applet?

    A public applet is available to all Formelo users while a private applet is only accessible to the members of your Workspace. Typically you want a public applet if you want your customers to use the applet, while the private applets are typically used by internal staff or restricted groups of users.

  • I need help with the setup and integration process. Who can help?

    We have a team of in-house and external experts that are trained IT and development professionals that can help you setup your Formelo account, or develop custom solutions that integrate Formelo tightly with your business. Please contact us for more information.

  • How does the 100% money-back guarantee work?

    You can change your mind on a user’s Standard or Pro subscription during their first 30 days and we’ll provide a full refund. No questions asked.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel individual license subscriptions or all your licenses at once.

    However, depending on the product and the type of subscription you have, there may be a penalty for canceling before the end of your contract. For subscriptions with a monthly commitment payment, there is no penalty for canceling your contract at any time. Annual commitment subscriptions that are paid up front do not receive a refund if canceled prior to the full contract period.

  • What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

    Your data is yours. If you decide to cancel your Formelo subscription, you can download your data i.e your data submissions, and save it to another location. You should save your data before you cancel.
